1. 1/3 of the final payment needs to be paid as a deposit before any artwork is started.

2. The final balance remaining will be due upon completion of painting.

3. Failure to pay on the due date will result in tthe artworks in question being held until further notice.

4. Postage and packaging will be added to the final balance.

5. all paintings are completed in black and white acrylic paint. Any adjustments/additions will result in an additional fee.

6. photos will be sent during the production of artwork. it is the responsibility of the named person on the booking to ensure that they are happy with the final piece or request for changes to be made before making the final payment.
